iRUS is the specialised medical practice of Dr. Himesh Gandhi, MCh Urology, Maharashtra Medical Council Reg. No. 2017073071, operated through iRUS Healthcare Private Limited (CIN: [TO BE INSERTED]).

Consultations are conducted at our clinic at Gagan Kapitol, 302, Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj Rd, Sangamvadi, Pune, Maharashtra - 411001. Surgical procedures are performed at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune (primary surgical centre), Sahyadri Hospital (Deccan), D.Y. Patil Medical College & Research Centre (Pimpri), Kalyani Institute of Robotic HIFU Therapy, or other partner hospitals where Dr. Gandhi holds operating privileges.

3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship Through the Website

Your access to or use of this Website does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Himesh Gandhi or iRUS. Such a relationship is established only through:

• Formal consultation (in-person or tele-consultation),
• Documented clinical examination and history-taking, and
• Acceptance of the patient by Dr. Gandhi.

Submitting a booking request, sending an email, or messaging us through WhatsApp does not, by itself, constitute medical consultation or treatment.

4. Informational Use Only

All content on this Website - including text, images, illustrations, videos, statistics, treatment descriptions, and patient stories - is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Bookings and Appointments

5.1. The booking form on our Website allows you to request an appointment. Submission of a booking request does not automatically confirm an appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, fees, and the format of consultation (in-person, tele-consultation, or multidisciplinary review).

5.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a booking request. Misleading or incomplete medical information may compromise your care.

5.3. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated to you at the time of confirmation.

5.4. Fees, including consultation fees, procedure fees, and ancillary charges, will be communicated transparently before treatment. Surgical procedure costs include hospital charges levied by Ruby Hall Clinic (or other partner hospital) and are payable directly to the hospital.

6. Tele-consultation

6.1. Tele-consultation, where offered, is conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Medical Council of India / National Medical Commission.

6.2. Tele-consultation is suitable for case review, second opinions, and follow-up consultations. It is not suitable for medical emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately or visit the nearest hospital. In India, call 108 for ambulance services.

6.3. You must provide accurate identity and clinical information during tele-consultation. The treating physician may decline or terminate tele-consultation if it is clinically unsuitable for your case and may direct you to in-person consultation.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, video, audio, and the design, structure, and arrangement of content, is the property of iRUS Healthcare Private Limited, Dr. Himesh Gandhi, or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
